PROJET EUROPEEN / EUROPEAN PROJECT

Is know-how of ancients so bad, old trades out of purpose, lost trades forgotten by mistake? Is this know-how unable to create new jobs, new trades, in the border of inheritance and new technology?
Do make a comparison between energy spent yesterday and energy spent today
Do make a comparison between clay/wood construction and modern houses in energetic and sismic
Do make a comparison between scales, scales in construction, in fishing, in all technical domains and our needs!
We do make better, and the sensitivity, know-how of our seniors will be very useful!

OLD / NEW : WHERE IS THE GOOD WAY TO BE WISE?

Some centuries ago, a lot of houses and construction was built in wood, clay and stones.
Some centuries ago, out of royal ambitions, our ways of living were maybe closer to nature, to the sea and to the earth, with little projects, little boats for fishing, little mills, with little transformations of our garden.
Some centuries ago, we took wind and water energy very easily and freely
Some people managed water with efficience, by hydraulics highways, cleaning and regulating systems.
There came the century of concrete, metal and glass; there came the century of petrol and nuclear, cheap and unlimited energy, unlimited water resources, with huge constructions, huge projects costing billions with a big impact on our environment.
And where are we now?
We're coming back to wood and clay constructions, as the best for energy management and earthquake preventing.
We're coming back to wind, solar and water energy.
We're afraid of pollution in water, not to have clean and soft water enough to drink.
And what about the sea, fishing, boats? What future?
Were we mad during last century?

What changed? Who can freely take wind, water, sun without paying first a lot of money?
Is it still possible to work and conceive easy and cheap ways of life, closer to the others, closer to nature?
Could we study seriously just a little part of this old knowledge coming from our ancients?
And how many jobs we lose by throwing out all these old-minded know-how? Are ICT the only way for development or only one way to communicate among others?
